Your order will be fulfilled within 48 hours. Once all of your merchandise is ready for pickup, you will receive an email.
All orders will be picked up at Galley Stores and Marina, located at 300 E. Front. St. near the heart of Downtown New Bern. You may pick up your order during their business hours:
Monday-Friday, 6:30am to 7:00pm
Saturday, 7:00am to 7:00pm
Sunday, 11:00am to 6:00pm
You will receive an email when your item(s) are ready for pickup. They have dedicated parking in front and behind their store so pickup is convenient and quick.
Concierge delivery is provided through Coastal Concierge and is available on Mondays and Thursdays. For Monday delivery, orders must be placed no later than noon Saturday. For Thursday delivery, orders must be placed no later then noon Tuesday.
Delivery instructions can be submitted at checkout. Visual confirmation of delivery will be sent if a mobile number is provided.
Coastal Concierge is bonded and insured.
Eligibility and cost of concierge delivery is determined by zip code.

As long as your order is placed before noon, you can have same day concierge delivery. Same day delivery is currently limited to Bridgeton, Grantsboro, and New Bern in the following zip codes: 28519, 28529, 28560, 28561, 28562. There is an additional $10 charge for same day delivery.
Unfortunately we are unable to provide international shipping or shipping outside of the 48 contiguous states (Hawaii/Alaska are excluded from shipping).
The price for shipping will be calculated at checkout.

Shop Downtown New Bern is a retail website for businesses in Greater Downtown New Bern, NC.
In order to provide shoppers with the convenience of purchasing from multiple downtown businesses on one site, Shop Downtown New Bern was created. Now you can shop your favorite downtown stores, buy as much as you like, and checkout in one easy transaction.
Shop Downtown New Bern was funded through a grant provided by Main Street America and the Main Street Grills Fund for Main Street Revitalization. Swiss Bear, Inc., the Main Street 501 (c)(3) for the City of New Bern, is responsible for economic development in Greater Downtown New Bern. Swiss Bear was one of 8 Main Street organizations across the United States to receive the Grills Fund grant for innovative COVID-19 solutions projects.
